1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or using any service provided by Boonsiri High Speed Ferries ("Boonsiri Sealine Co., Ltd."), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of an e-ticket. Boonsiri reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Payment & Pricing

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before departure. Boonsiri accepts major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved third-party payment gateways.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full ticket price. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Schedule Changes & Force Majeure

Boonsiri reserves the right to alter, delay, or cancel any scheduled service due to weather conditions, sea state, technical issues, or any event beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, passengers will be offered an alternative sailing or a full refund.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for arriving at the pier at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Boonsiri is not liable for missed departures due to late arrival. Passengers must present a valid e-ticket and a government-issued ID upon request.

7. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is permitted one piece of checked baggage up to 20 kg and one piece of hand luggage up to 7 kg. Excess luggage may be carried subject to available space and additional charges. Dangerous goods, flammable materials, and prohibited items are strictly not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boonsiri's liability is limited to the face value of the passenger's ticket. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, consequential damages, or indirect losses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Health & Safety

Passengers must comply with all safety instructions issued by the crew. Boonsiri reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour may endanger the safety of others.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
